These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Forest Flow Traditional Chinese Medicine (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Services
We provide:

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments

Herbal medicine prescriptions

Bodywork and related therapies
-
Qi Gong classes, workshops, retreats, and training programs
All services are delivered in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards.
2. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
By booking an appointment or enrolling in a class or course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur the full consultation fee

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full consultation fee
We require 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations. Otherwise, the booking fee will still be applied. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

We accept cash, card, and electronic payment

Herbal prescriptions must be paid prior to dispensing or ordering
5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Our services are part of complementary healthcare.

They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care

You should consult a qualified medical practitioner for serious conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or changes in health
6. Consent to Treatment
By attending an appointment, you:

Acknowledge that outcomes may vary between individuals

Understand that no guarantee of results can be provided
You may withdraw consent at any time.
7. Qi Gong Classes, Workshops & Training
Participation in Qi Gong activities:

Is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk

Requires you to take responsibility for your own physical condition

You agree to inform us of any injuries, illnesses, or limitations
We are not liable for injuries sustained where instructions are not followed or where pre-existing conditions are not disclosed.
8. Refunds, Transfers & Course Policies
Courses, workshops, retreats, and training programs are subject to specific refund and transfer conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Property, Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Forest Flow Traditional Chinese Medicine operates from a private residential property.
By attending appointments, you agree to:

Respect the privacy of the main residence and surrounding property

Behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times

Follow any directions provided during your visit
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion

Permanently refuse future bookings for any client displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour
This ensures a safe and professional environment for all clients and residents.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
